We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Customer Service Associate to join our National Operations Centre NOC team This unique role will see you acting as a dedicated liaison for a specific regional branch providing exceptional personalized service to their highvalue clients You will go the extra mile to ensure their needs are met and exceeded fostering longterm relationships and driving exceptional business outcomes

Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence
Proactively manage and prioritize inquiries complaints and requests from assigned regional branch clients
Deliver personalized service tailoring solutions to individual needs and exceeding expectations
Provide accurate and timely information regarding products services and policies
Build strong rapport and trust with clients fostering loyalty and satisfaction
Handle escalated issues with diplomacy and professionalism ensuring swift resolution

Regional Branch Liaison
Maintain regular communication with regional branch staff acting as a point of contact for the NOC
Gather feedback and insights from clients and branch personnel identifying opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement service initiatives specific to the regional branch
Track and analyze key performance indicators KPIs related to customer satisfaction and branch performance
Report progress and findings to management recommending strategies for optimization

NOC Integration
Effectively utilize NOC resources and systems to resolve client issues efficiently
Participate in NOC training and development programs to stay informed of new processes and technologies
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment within the NOC

Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role ideally within a highvalue financial services private banking environment or similar environment
Proven track record of exceeding customer service goals and achieving exceptional satisfaction ratings
Strong understanding of financial products and services or the ability to learn quickly
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant CRM software
Experience working in a fastpaced highpressure environment
Exceptional drive for results and a proactive approach to problemsolving
Strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills
