**POSITION SUMMARY:**
We are seeking for The Customer Service Assistant (Intern) motivated and detail-oriented student to join our customer service team as a part-time assistant. This role involves tracking offers, maintaining data, and performing various administrative tasks. The position requires a short training period and offers flexible working hours to accommodate your academic schedule.
What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:
+ **Ouote Tracking:** Monitor and follow up on customer offers in the Salesforce/SAP System, ensuring timely responses and updates.
+ **Administrative Support:** Assist with general administrative tasks, i.e. order entry, rescheduling, others
You have:
+ Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's studies
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
+ Ability to work as part of a team.
+ Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
