Customer Service Agent (Dutch -speaking)

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be working at the heart of our fast-paced fashion business by being the first point of contact for our customers every day. You will make our customers happy by answering questions about their online orders, our products, our stores & more.  

Key role responsibilities: 

Communicate effectively with customers via calls, emails, and live chats in Dutch, providing support and assistance. Actively listen to customers and provide clear and thoughtful responses to ensure their satisfaction. Report our customers’ feedback to the relevant department to find solutions and foster loyalty. Be an ambassador for the brand and its values in all interactions.

Functie-eisen

What you will need to succeed:  

You demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills in Dutch (C1 level) You have a strong customer orientation and consistently bring a positive attitude in all interactions You excel at managing time pressure and adapt to changing priorities You possess computer skills: a good knowledge of Microsoft applications and/or SAP is a plus You are a fashion enthusiast

You can choose to work part-time or full-time, from 21 hours up to 35 hours per week on average.  

Start date is 24-03-2025 or 12-05-2025 

Gross salary depending on your contract € 1324,00 – € 2206,91 per month.
