To achieve the ambitious objectives of our growing unit in Liverpool we are looking for an experienced Customer Services Associates to join one of our existing campaigns.

Job Description

Your responsibilities:                                                             

Providing professional first line technical advice, guidance and support to the customer on a variety of productsHandling all customer interaction in a prompt, friendly and professional mannerObtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle product and service inquiriesDiagnosing and resolving first line technical issuesUnderstanding the customer requirementsAdvising customers on the best services availableResponding to customer requirements, resolving customer queries and complaintsBuild rapport with the customersCapture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data.Contributing to the overall performance of the teamDeliver and maintain both individual and team targets

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

Experience of working in a customer contact centre environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishPrevious experience of providing technical advice and support to customersA passion for delivering first class customer serviceProven record of providing internal and external customer serviceSelf-motivated and driven to succeedTeam PlayerTechnically savvy – a good understanding of the internet and smart phones and applications would be an advantageIT literate and good PC skillsThe commitment to work towards individual and team goalsFlexibility in hours of work/shift patternsShift Operational Hours: Monday–Friday: 08.00-21.00, Saturday-Sunday: 09.00-17.00
