What you will do in this role:

Answer incoming calls to assist customers with placing new orders, processing returns and exchanges, and general customer queriesOccasional outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries originating from an inbound callNinja like skills on the internet, including the ability to leap through multiple sites/systems with lightning speedBuilding personal emotional connections with each customer while delivering WOW customer service

Your qualifications and experience

Experience

Minimum 12 months call center experience working in a customer service role supporting customers on voiceExposure to chat and email (advantageous)
