What you will do

As a Service Advisor in a heavy Vehicle workshop is responsible for providing an outstanding experience to our valued customers on each and every visit. Your duties will include:

 

Assist customers who are bringing in their vehicle for service, discuss any concerns and service needs. Communicate any concerns or needs with the workshop Explain the service process, set the customer expectations on timeline and collection Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle, communicate with the customer if there is any delays or additional services required Ensure our customers are completely satisfied General administrative duties

 

Who you are

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Great telephone skills assisting customers and your colleagues Able to prioritise your work and meet deadlines Experience in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred but essential This would be suitable for someone who is interested in getting "off the tools"
