Customer Service Advisor

We're looking for a PPM Customer Service Advisor to join our Ministry of Justice and Home Office Contract Admin Team based in Basingstoke.

 

Location: Basingstoke - On site

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

 

Responsibilities

As a PPM Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the Contract Admin team, supporting them in duties for the operational and office based teams.

Your day to day will include:

Taking PPM Calls from engineers Raise remedials following on from PPM responsible for the raising then the allocating to fall back into Pillar 2. PPM Misalignment. COMP CORRs corrections. Dealing with cancelled PPMs. Allocating/scheduling of PPMs.

 

What are we looking for?

This role of PPM Customer Service Advisor is great for you if:

Excellent telephone manner, with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships. Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook. Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
