Watford. This is a hybrid role where you'll be onsite 3 days per week.

Our customer service team are on the front line dealing with our customers every day. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be providing excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers, mostly Health Care Professionals.

We're looking for people who are comfortable prioritising, organising and processing enquiries, accurately and on time. There are targets to meet ensuring we measure and monitor our ability to deliver for our customers. As someone who regularly interacts with customers, a level of commercial awareness would be an advantage as you could find yourself promoting products, promotions and sometimes events during your interactions.

What's the ultimate goal? We want to make it easier for our customers to do business with us!

We're looking for previous customer service experience - this could be from a similar role in a call centre, from retail or from hospitality

RequirementsEducated to GCSE or NVQ level 2 standard, or equivalentSkills: Communication, Teamwork, Attention to detail, Ownership, proactivity, organisational skillsSAP experience preferableProven experience in a fast paced, complex Customer Service environment. This could be from a call centre environment, retail or hospitality.Applications:
