Customer Service Administrator

Here at GXO, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join the Kingspan Customer Service team based at Pembridge. Managing a diverse workload, the team provide exceptional customer service to the Kingspan contract. The team is the central point of contact for all enquiries from both internal and external customers.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position where you will be working Monday – Friday, 08:30-17:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

Daily contact with customers and suppliers to arrange bookings and service requests Manage and monitor the special vehicle allocation sheet ensuring we do not go over on any specific date. Managing and responding to requests on SharePoint, in order to secure vehicles for the Kingspan sales team Manage any haulier driver and customer collections that come into the office at Pembridge depot, booking them in and directing them to where they need to load, also, ensuring the drivers have the correct paperwork General administrative tasks and duties
