Role: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Glasgow (Office Based)
Salary: £25,000-£26,000
Pertemps are recruiting Customer Service Administrator to work with our Glasgow based client. The role is office based, shifts are worked on a rotational basis within the hours of 8:45am and 5:30pm. Salary £25,000-£26,000.
We are open to speaking with anyone from a Customer Service or Call Centre background.
Responsibilities:
Taking inbound calls from customersProviding quotations and processing ordersOperating and maintaining spreadsheetsLiaising with internal departments and external stakeholdersProducing weekly reportsRaising contracts and discussing with customers
About You:
Proven track record within a Customer Service environmentExperience of working in the hire industry would be advantageousThe ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise your workloadThe ability to meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and be highly organisedEffective communication skills, both written and verbalProficient skills in MS Office packages including Excel and Word
