Description Robert Half is seeking a customer-focused and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team in Miami. Key Responsibilities: + Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner + Resolve customer issues, concerns, or complaints by offering solutions and alternatives + Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and timeliness + Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, comments, and resolutions + Provide product or service information to help customers make informed decisions + Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical or service-related issues + Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business + Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues or escalate as needed + Manage customer accounts and update necessary information in the system + Ensure that all customer interactions reflect the company’s values of professionalism, respect, and excellence + Handle special projects and assist with administrative duties as required Requirements What We’re Looking For: + Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) + Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or office environment + Strong communication and problem-solving skills + Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and empathy + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software + Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure + Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail + Positive attitude and a team player + Reliable and dependable, with the ability to manage time efficiently + High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or relevant certifications a plus) TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
