Build unrivalled customer partnerships by being customer centric. Effectively manage quality of finished products and develop high end designated outlets in order to deliver the volume and full service package as outlined in the Commercial & Supply Chain Plan.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for Distributor replenishment recommendations Serves as a single point of contact for Distributors. Acts as the 1st point of escalation for Commercial/Sales teams Ensures Distributor satisfaction through constant interaction with Distributor and internal cross-functional departments. Always available on platforms, phone, email Drive weekly telecons with RTM’s and Sales Reps Delivery updates to be sent to customer daily. Strike rate reports to be sent to customer every Monday morning. Drives continuous improvements in business processes via critical thinking, sharing of best practices, and ensuring appropriate alignment with cross functional teams. Ensure SOP’s and OPLs are timeously updated. Ensure adherence to order guidelines and proactively recommend order management & process improvements to Distributors (i.e. route-to-market, order lead time, order quantity) Manage all components that affect strike rate and CFR (move out orders daily, close old orders weekly) Proactively manage exceptions outside of the order process, including but not limited to Distributor issues and quality issues. Provide insight into collaboration opportunities with our Distributors and see through to execution. Solve problems by using TPM methodologies. Ensure your customer are aligned with regards to RPM circulation time Complete VOC surveys quarterly

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Post Matric Qualification (Diploma) - 1st degree highly desirable 1 - 4 years excellent computer skills and trade experience. Understanding of logistics and inventory management concepts Strong organization and planning skills Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and manage customer expectations.
