Overview:
The CRR - AEC is responsible for providing support to the Associate Engagement Centers. By assisting with daily operations, this position advocates for the customer and associate experience. This position assists new associates with the employment process and assesses candidate strengths and skills to facilitate a great match for the assignment. This role also includes meeting with new and existing customers. You will strengthen customer relationships and engage our pool o candidates and associates to fulfill our mission to connect people and work.

Responsibilities:
Build business relationships with customers and temporary associates, call customers to generate repeat sales, assists new applicants with the employment process, assist with onboarding issues and compliance, select associates for job assignments and direct them to the job site location and follows up with customers regarding associate quality and much more! Be aware of current job order openings in market and pipeline job orders. Focus on relevant activities to fill current need Accountable for fill rate targets directly tied back to activities completed KPIs will include candidate volume, onboarding rate and dispatch rate Assist on the ground recruitment activities which include but are not limited to market hiring events, job fairs, community partner relationship management and meet customer requests Distribute PPE to our customer and associates as needed. Track distribution and usage to enable cost reduction and build out of budgets Administer associate drug testing based on customer needs Set up and assist on-site client orientation as needed Subject matter expert on JobStack Consistently support all company values of integrity and respect through actions and commitment Provide exceptional service to customer and associatesQualifications:
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience preferred in the staffing industry with focus on increasing fill rates, recruiting and customer engagement High School Diploma or equivalent education or degree Proven success in meeting all KPIs and metrics Experience interacting with customers and associates Strong verbal and written communication skills Solid organizational skills and attention to detail Must have valid driver license, registered vehicle, and vehicle insurance You can solve any problem. You love to win, and determination and self-discipline have taken you far. You are a true self starter There are no slow days in this fast paced, high-demand position. Your “multi-tasking” skills will be put to the test as you juggle multiple requests and regularly face unexpected challenges that do not have easy answers Even if you have had limited experience, you’re willing to learn how to look someone in the eye and have honest, transparent and courageous conversations. Your aptitude for influencing even the most stubborn people with your delicate powers of persuasion will come in handy!Salary Range:
The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $19.40 and $24.00 per hour.
Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.

Physical and Work Requirements:
Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods of time.
