The HERMÈS WORK IMMERSION PROGRAM offers students and recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management within the luxury retail industry. By participating in this program, Intern will acquire valuable practical experience in fostering strong client relationships and optimizing operational processes.
This 9-month program is designed to cultivate future leaders by integrating practical learning with meaningful responsibilities. Intern will gain a deep understanding of Hermès’ customer relationship management while acquiring hands-on experience in data analysis, client communication, and campaign management, all of which contributing to improve customer engagement and retention strategies.
Responsibilities
• Monthly Reporting: Collaborate with the Senior CRM Executive to prepare and analyse monthly CRM reports
• Client Communication: Manage 1-to-1 and 1-to-few client communications to ensure a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction
• Event Support: Assist the Customer Experience team in the planning and execution of in-store activation events, including liaising with vendors and service providers, also coordinating event logistics and ensuring successful execution
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Communications, Customer Relations Centre and E-commerce teams to facilitate omnichannel client invitations in in-store activation, ensuring a comprehensive 360-degree engagement experience for clients
• Data Management: Maintain and update client databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Feedback Collection: Engage with CX and retail team to gather feedback post-events and assist in implementing improvements based on insights
Requirements
• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Pleasant demeanor, well-organized, and eager to help, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) with a basic understanding of POS or CRM systems. Familiarity with other relevant tools is a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Available to work as an intern for 2-3 full days per week (falls into Mon - Fri)
