ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Responsibilities:
Develops and executes effective sales and marketing strategies to grow new businessLeads sales strategy discussions with local leadership team with fully developed and polished communication and writing skillsIdentifies a client’s pain points through active listening and solution/consultative sellingServes as a trusted advisor and partner to clientsEstablishes and develops high-level relationships with key decision makers, prospects and existing clientsManages multiple sales opportunities simultaneously and demonstrates a focus on follow-up and accountabilityMaintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, while researching and recommending service solutionsLearns and executes the company's consultative selling strategy to build sustainable relationships with targeted referral customersMaintains current data on market area, competitors, and marketing strategiesMaintains an organized approach to territory managementParticipates in strategic planning and the analysis for their assigned territory in conjunction with the business planCoordinates with Director to plan in-services, presentations, and address issues with referral sourcesInitiates and coordinates contract negotiations with facilities, insurance companies, and managed care organizationsParticipates in community and organizational programs, as requested, to promote professional growth and understandingParticipates in the quality and performance improvement processSupports and promotes the Company philosophy to referral sources in the communityPromotes an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of all patients in a safe, secure environmentSupports and implements specific procedures and programsPromotes positive public relations with patients, family members and guestsSupports regional organic growth, both in revenue and persons served, and identifies start up opportunitiesCompletes requirements for in-service training, acceptable attendance, uniform and dress codes including personal hygiene, and other work duties as assigned QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
