Responsibilities:Leading CR process management at assigned stores by observing, installing, and training approved processes.Call sales customers to follow up on their experience and satisfaction with their vehicle.Listen to incoming calls and coach team members on improving their customer communication skills. Provide assistance with administering Employee Satisfaction Survey programs.Draft response letters to the DOJ as necessary.Maintain a working knowledge of the Performance Dashboard.

Qualifications:Excellent time management skills.Available on Saturday.
