Customer Project Manager A, Energy Services - Manhattan Major Services
**Required Education/Experience** + High School Diploma/GED and 5 Years experience with Electric, Gas or Steam Service installations, electric, gas or steam service related construction, or related customer service fields or + Bachelor's Degree and 5 Years experience with Electric, Gas or Steam Service installations, electric, gas or steam service related construction, or related customer service fields **Preferred Education/Experience** + Bachelor's Degree and 5 years experience with Electric, Gas or Steam Service installations, electric, gas or steam service related construction, or related customer service fields **Relevant Work Experience** + 5-7 years experience with Electric, Gas or Steam Service installations, electric, gas or steam service related construction, or related customer service fields Required + Project Management Required + Interpret construction prints, plans, diagrams Required + Can work in the field and active construction sites, climbing multiple flights of stairs Required + Familiar with developing, setting and tracking internal and external milestones and project risks Required + Host and facilitate customer and interdepartmental meetings Required + 2 years Supervisory Experience Preferred + Familiar with accounts, tariffs and rates Preferred **Skills And Abilities** + Effective interpersonal skills + Ability to lead/manage others + Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc. + Project Demonstrated project management skills + Demonstrates a high commitment to quality **Licenses And Certfications** + Driver's License Required **Additional Physical Demands** + Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
