Collections Advisor - Hybrid Working

Shift:
You'll be working on rotational shifts covering the period Monday to Sunday between 8am-10pm. You'll work shifts between your home address & at our office in Little Island after training & grad bay.

Training:
You will receive full training and support to allow you to have the tools and knowledge to succeed in your role. Your training period will be delivered in our Little Island office for the full duration.

Your duties will include:

Handling inbound and outbound calls to customersContacting customers who have outstanding debt on their accountAssist customers by ensuring they are back on track with outstanding paymentsSetting up payment plans for customersSetting up Direct DebitsCalculating outstanding debt amountsTaking payments from customersTaking customers through their account, providing a breakdown of their account.Explain debt to each customer and how this is made up and what is outstanding/owingTaking customers through steps to get their account back up to date and on trackTrying to avoid customers being disconnected by offering solutions to make payments

Required experience:

Previous experience working in similar environment and ideally within a customer collections roleAble to work comfortably to targetsBeing highly methodical with a thorough attention to detailStrong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all callersHaving excellent organisational skillsHaving the ability to work to stringent customer service SLA’s and KPI’sMS Excel skillsShowing excellent PC and data entry skills with the ability to use multiple systems at any one timeBringing a proactive attitude with the ability and ambition to develop role in the future
