Job DescriptionOrdering of goods to Continental supplying plants and external suppliers.Sending of the right goods to the customers in time.Inventory checking and optimizing.Close monitoring of customer rating by using and maintaining customer portals.Frequent contacts to supplying plants, customers and business areas to ensure customer satisfaction.Explicit orientation to cost effective use of resources / processes.Main customer communication channel for logistic topics.Inventory and LoCo KPI management.Escalation function internally and externally.BA SCM reporting.
