Customer Order Administrator

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, resolving customer enquiries and keeping customers informed, via e-mail and telephone, of the status of their orders in a timely and constant manner.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities will be:

To accurately and timely enter assigned orders into the ERP system; To manage a dedicated portfolio of clients and address any issues reported by them; To maintain communication via email with internal/external clients to ensure that order information is managed correctly; To submit the necessary documentation to the Documentation Controlling department and ensure that the documentation is delivered to the client on time and is complete; To perform data management activities within the system; To prepare, when necessary, documents for inspections.

For This Role, You Will Need:

University degree or equivalent experience and 1 year of professional working experience in an administrative or customer support; English language proficiency; To be customer-focused and have good prioritization and time management skills.
