Purpose of the position
The Customer Marketing Specialist will develop Pernod Ricard categories and improve the shopper experience in the trade marketing channels, through a close partnership and alignment between the commercial and marketing department, in order to accomplish common sales objectives and revenue targets.
Main responsibilities and tasks
Unlock Market Insights – Dive deep into market intelligence (Promotional activity, Nielsen data, visibility trends, Sell Out & ND internal data) to spot risks and uncover game-changing opportunities for clients and consumers.
Flawless Execution – Deploy, execute, and bring to life trade and consumer promotions, POS materials, brand visibility, and activations—tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Maximize Launch Impact – Ensure every campaign launch achieves maximum distribution and visibility for a winning market presence.
Own the Budget – Manage and optimize budgets with precision, driving efficiency and impact.
Motivate to Dominate – Design, implement, and evaluate competitive incentive schemes to supercharge distributor sales teams—acting as a project leader from start to finish.
Tech-Driven Coordination – Oversee and optimize software solutions that support field teams’ agreements and on-the-go promotions.
Strategic Sales Synergy – Work together with the field sales team to identify and seize new market opportunities.
Build Powerful Partnerships – Foster strong, results-driven relationships with top agencies to amplify brand success.
Profile:
Management or Marketing related Bachelor or Master’s Degree
Previous professional experience in Trade Marketing within FMCG or Retail is a plus (1-3 years)
Proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
Advanced Knowledge in Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
