As the Key Account Manager of CRI APAC, the Customer Manager is the central interface to CRI´s Customers (Siemens operative entities) in the APAC Region. The jobholder advises our CRI customers in all aspects regarding Credit Risk Management and Supply Chain Finance and is responsible for the successful management of all CRI related products and services offered to the Siemens internal customers. The major responsibilities of the Customer Manager are: general advisory regarding the CRI service portfolio / processes as well as to general and individual credit risk related questions incl. questions related the rating of Business Partners. Providing of regular trainings about either Credit Management for internal customers and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) to local suppliers.
You’ll make an impact by • Entire responsibility for Key Account Management of a defined customer group (operative entity). First contact point for all questions regarding provided services and processes. • Autonomous support of operative entities in terms of Credit Risk Management and CRI services. This includes - inter alia the answering of questions regarding credit worthiness of individual Business Partners or entire portfolio or the involvement of experts for detailed questions; collection and discussion of additional information regarding the credit worthiness (i.e. clarification of over dues or solvency status), provision of trainings, participation in workshops with operative entities and on-site visits. • Self-responsible perception of the coordination (department internal, external and regarding operative entities) of connecting new operative units to the CRI as well as expansion of used services. • monitoring of China specific risk topics, i.e., bank accepted drafts, bonds defaults, as well as other risk events, and communicated to customers. • monitoring and troubleshooting of Supply Chain Finance programs operation for China entities • coordination with internal and external partners to promote SCF programs, onboard new Ocs and suppliers
Your defining qualities • Graduation (preferably Master’s degree) in economy related majors (focus: Accounting/ Controlling or Finance). Minimum of 5 years working experience mandatory. • Several years’ experience in credit risk management (i.e. credit risk analysis) and commercial distribution tasks (i.e. LOA, commercial order handling, Credit Limit Management, Cash Collection etc.) in a regional entity are a plus. • Familiar with MS-Office; VBA and Tableau as a plus • Operative Credit Risk Management; Siemens Management and Support Processes; economical/ commercial knowledge • Full professional proficiency in Chinese and English; Process Management; Project Controlling; Presentation/ Moderation Techniques
