In this role, you will:
This position is responsible for leading one of Kimberly-Clark’s Customer Supply Chain teams that supports Retail Replenishment for Walmart and Sam’s Club.
Manage team responsible for omnichannel order management, replenishment, forecasting and flow efficiencies at both the DC and store levelsMaintain Walmart inventory at appropriate levels while minimizing retail out of stocks and total supply chain variabilityInfluence the development of Walmart Inc. processes and systems that support replenishment to enhance both Walmart and K-C top and bottom-line growthDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with Walmart Replenishment and internal Kimberly-Clark cross-functional teamsContinual growth of team’s leadership qualitiesKEY CUSTOMERS/PARTNERS: Walmart Inc. Experience:
8+ years of broad logistics experience with experience leading peoplePreferred Experience/Qualifications:
Strong understanding of replenishment systems and processes in addition to understanding of Sales and Operations Planning. Proficient in data access tools and applications (Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI, Luminate, Madrid, Business Warehouse (BW) Reporting, SAP R/3)Knowledge of forecasting, planning, transportationExperience working with Walmart/Sam's ClubTotal Benefits

Salary Range: $120,000 - $165,000 USD
At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
