Customer Liaison Officer- North London 

To £160-175/ Day DOE + Long Contracts 

We are assisting a leading construction and utilities contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions. Due to continued growth, the company is in need of an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to be the primary point of contact for employees, customers, and key stakeholders facilitating clear communication and active engagement throughout construction projects. You will oversee the company's core priorities in safety, compliance, performance, and efficient workload execution, ensuring stakeholders' needs are anticipated and addressed with professionalism and diligence. 

Key Responsibilities & Requirements: 

Act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, providing clear and timely updates on project progress, milestones, and any changes, responding to inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring resolutions are handled professionally. 

Identify and address customer concerns or complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate team members when necessary. 

Foster a culture of safety by ensuring all team members adhere to company safety policies and industry best practices, identify and mitigate safety risks and report any safety issues to relevant senior managers. 

Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and project updates and deliver regular progress reports including potential risk and opportunities for improvement.  

Plan and optimise allocation of tasks & resources to maintain productivity, identify & address bottlenecks, or issues in the project execution to ensure efficient and timely delivery of project objectives. 

GSCE or equivalent, NVQ or certification in Customer Service/ Communication is desirable. 

Significant experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within construction. 

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.  

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.  

Proficiency in relevant software & tools including Microsoft Office Suite. 

Full clean driving license. 

Availability to work on occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate customer needs. 

Willingness to travel to various project sites and attend stakeholder meetings when required.
