What you`ll do:

We are looking for a colleague who has background in Project Management or Product Management with experience in customer interaction and who also understands how SAP development teams are working.

 

The Role:

 

As a Customer Innovation Manager you will setup and manage customer collaborations like Co-Innovation Councils focusing on business processes, SAP cloud products or Generative AI.

You will work in a team to define a governance, align with Product Management and SAP customers to shape the scope and identify the best fitting roles for the collaboration.

Your team will also run the collaboration, moderate workshops (both virtual and onsite) and follow up on the outcome.

 

What you bring:

 

Graduation in Business Information Systems, Business Administration or similar

Work experience as SAP Project Manager or SAP Product Manager

Good organizational and problem-solving skills

Strong focus on time management

Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Basics in German are a big plus

Good knowledge of communication and presentation tools (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Mural etc.)

Business process knowledge (S/4HANA)

Solid knowledge of SAPs Software Engineering process is a plus

The Strategic Customer Innovation (SCI) unit manages both collaboration councils on highly innovative topics and engages with strategic customers. We are part of the SAP development unit and act as the voice of the customers for Cloud ERP.
