Apply now for the position of Customer Field Service (Laboratory) Engineer within our Customer Support team. 

Role provides highly visible field service support (within clinical chemistry, immunochemistry, coagulation, and laboratory automations to our customers (Health Centre, Medical Centers and Hospital) based in Finland.  

This role is home based and will involve daily travel to customer sites throughout Finland but with the main focus on the greater Uusimaa area.  Overnight travel to customers sites, throughout Finland, also required as needed.

Extensive training on equipment and products will be provided.   

Your role: 

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain to a high standard a range of state-of-the-art laboratory equipment and devices. Perform updates and maintenance on equipment (both software and hardware).Providing documentation and addressing customer needs, promptly and professionally.Your expertise: Technical/University qualification or equivalent experience; preferably with a focus on medical technology. Basic IT support and configuration skills. Flexibility, a positive work attitude and a genuine interest in customer service. Fluent language skills in both Finnish and English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of hospital laboratory equipment and related applications is an advantage. Knowledge and experience in servicing laboratory analysis equipment is an advantage. Professional attitude, strong cooperation, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours as required.Full car driver’s license
