Each summer Allianz Life hires interns from a competitive pool of candidates. As a Customer Experience Intern, you will work with your leader to develop your marketing and management skills.
On the Customer Experience team, you may work on projects to gather insights and data about the experiences of our financial professionals, policyholders, and employees; research trends in customer experience; work on continuous improvement of customer experience processes; and participate in projects where we are implementing improved experiences for our customers. Projects may include market and industry research and trend analysis, brand standards review, SEO, usability and other technical performance analysis of AllianzLife.com, creation and execution of social media campaigns, and corporate communications support. You will have exposure to a number of areas within our marketing division including our internal creative agency, digital marketing team, PR and internal communications team, and the meetings and events team with an opportunity to provide support on unique projects.
Hourly Rate: $20-22/hour
Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, and internal equity of peers.
