Project Description:
The Mass Market Strategy Team determines the strategy of the residential portfolio. Our goal is to Create compelling, delightful customer journeys, bundles, portfolios & product strategies that deliver on our clean energy and financial objectives.
An intern on the MM Strategy team will work closely to help us map out our customer journeys and internal processes. In addition, the intern may also help conduct industry research and gather insights to inform strategic decision making. They will also assist with project coordination, product lifecycle management, budgeting, and other admin tasks.
The intern will get an opportunity to work with multiple business units, learn about how portfolio management works, and be a part of a small, energized team.
Project summary: Learn how to customer journey map and facilitate journey mapping sessions for various experiences for residential mass market customers. Learn how to lead cross functional workshops including design and facilitation. Learn to leverage voice of customer research and journey map outputs to create strategy recommendations. Some examples of areas that may be journey mapped are renewables journey, energy efficiency journey, etc.
Coordinate special projects, including scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, process mapping, workshop coordination, ad hoc admin, ad hoc tech support, etc.
This will be a summer opportunity with the potential to extend into a school semester. The candidate should be able to work full-time during the summer. If the intern works during the school year, their hours should be part-time.
Minimum Requirements:
Enrolled in programs such as supply chain, advertising, marketing, safety and health, management, human resources, training, labor relations, public relations, government relations, business administration, economics, psychology, legal and regulatory compliance and similar.
