Your Role:

MilliporeSigma in Lenexa, Kansas is seeking a Customer Excellence Account Management Representative.  We are experts whose mission is to support Customers and Sales according to their needs and leverage Differentiated Service offerings as a competitive advantage to drive profitable growth. We bring the voice of our customers to our company.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Sales and Customers for daily businessCoordinate sample requestsSend standard documentation, collateral, certificates, etc.Take ownership of all customer interactions to ensure best in class service by effectively managing customer expectationsSupport business review partnering with Sales and GSA CEXRegular and Direct Coordination with SCM, Distribution, Credit Management, Tech Service and Sales for smooth running of daily operations to resolve escalations, drive improvements and meet customer expectations Order managementProcess orders within agreed timeline and follow-up when needed, check inventories Pro-actively communicate changes in the delivery dates to customersManage open order reports and calls when requiredEnter expediting requests to improve delivery date upon customer request Handle customer service complaintsMeet all defined KPI's on monthly basis to support CEX Scorecard; Timely reporting, meeting KPI's and SOPSupport Customer for regulatory and quality requestsFirst level support for documentation, regulatory and quality inquiries Coordination with quality services department and communication of answers to customersCCNS (Customer Change Notification System) Portal Reader RoleFirst level support for non-technical questions related to change notificationsRequest Change Notification Commitment (CNC) and Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA) and coordinate with quality services department.

 

This will be a remote role; however, we are seeking candidates who reside close to our Lenexa, KS, Cleveland, OH or St. Louis, MO sites. 

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED3+ years of experience in a customer-oriented or sales support role

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in ERPOrganized, able to multitask, open-minded, great sensibility for customer satisfaction, flexible in a changing environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to promote a good relationship within the team to ensure 2-ways communication and teamworkExcellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SFDC
