Preferred: Call Center, Office Environment, Customer Service, Customer Support
Training: 8:30AM-5:00PM EASTERN TIME
Shifts after training: 8AM-8PM (Any 8-Hour Shift in Between)

Job Description:
· Ensures effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries. Accurately documents inquiries.
· Initiates or processes adjustments or performs other research as needed to resolve inquiries. Coordinates with other departments to resolve problems.
· Provides feedback to management regarding customer problems, questions and needs. Maintains accurate records on complaints and/or other customer comments and makes recommendations for changes to management.
· Identifies and promptly reports and/or refers suspected fraudulent activities and system errors to the appropriate departments. If you can fulfill those duties, I’d want to interview with you!

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
