Primary Purpose:
The Disputes Management Team is responsible for managing the flow of invoice disputes between AccountsReceivables, Customer Solutions, Operations, and other functional teams; this scope includes ensuring disputeresolution as well as holding these functional teams accountable to execute root cause resolution efforts. EachDispute Management Analyst will execute in-depth review of assigned disputes, identifying necessary updateswithin SAP and owning this resolution from start to finish. Through highlighting root cause trending and results, theAnalyst will be expected to serve as a liaison to drive broad organizational accountability in all departments andpropose changes to standard operating procedures to optimize the customer invoice cycle. This position reports tothe Manager, Disputes Management.
What You’ll Do:
Analyze invoice disputes Collaborate with commercial and functional teams to resolve disputes and implement preventive measures
Identify and support root cause resolution efforts to reduce disputes volume
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or equivalent work experience 2+ Years of Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Customer Solutions, Or Commercial experience
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage time, organize and set priorities to meet deadlines
Proven success in problem solving with cross-functional teams and various departments
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
