Job Description:

What are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.  2+ years in FMCG with TikTok e-commerce operations and distributor management experience.  Proficiency in TikTok platform rules, Dou+ ads, and SaaS tools.  Data-Driven Mindset: Expertise in Excel/PPT for sales analytics and ROI optimization.  Business Negotiation Skills: Ability to balance interests across platforms, distributors, and internal stakeholders.  Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments with emergency response readiness (including holidays). What will be your key responsibilities? I. TikTok Platform Operations & Collaboration  1. Talent Resource Development & Maintenance  1.1 Identify and onboard TikTok influencers/MCN agencies aligned with FMCG product characteristics, building a strategic partnership pool.1.2 Design live-streaming collaboration plans (product selection, scheduling, commission structures) and optimize ROI through post-campaign analysis.  1.3Manage long-term relationships with top-tier influencers to drive million-RMB annual budget projects.2. Content Operations & Traffic Conversion2.1Develop TikTok-style short video scripts highlighting product USPs to boost exposure and conversion rates. 2.2 Oversee daily store operations (product listings, pricing adjustments, campaign page optimization) for platform compliance.3. Campaign Management  3.1 Lead peak-season campaigns (e.g., CNY, 618, Double 11), coordinating discount strategies and resource allocation. 3.2 Monitor KPIs (GMV, UV, CVR) and deliver actionable insights for performance improvement.   II. Distributor Lifecycle Management  1. Channel Development & Strategy     - Expand distributor networks    - Implement tiered incentive programs to optimize partner performance.  2. Sales Support & Inventory Control  -Analyze distributor sales data to refine  promotional calendars for target achievement.-Track inventory turnover rates, collaborating with logistics to minimize overstock risks.  3. Relationship Management & Training  - Conduct regular visits to key distributors to address feedback and post-sales issues.  - Organize workshops on product knowledge, policies, and digital tools to enhance distributor capabilities.
