The **Commercial Excellence – Customer Data Program Manager** is a role within IDEX’s Enterprise Business Systems team that is as much of a strategy development and mentoring role as it is a learning role. You will play a critical role collaborating with our commercial and business development teams throughout our organization to assist in the building our next generating customer analytics program. You will work closely alongside diverse teams of business and technology experts to assess, recommend, and prioritize activities and investments to help deliver scalable and secure digital platforms that advance IDEX’s Commercial Excellence journey. A successful candidate will act as advisor and contributor to deliver solutions that allow our business to realize excellence.
**What You Will Do**
+ Contribute to the development of IDEX’s Commercial Excellence program.
+ Lead discovery sessions with business partners to identify pains, opportunities and key objectives.
+ Facilitate discussions to understand and scope business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions and prioritization.
+ Develop policies and best practices for deploying, managing, and securing customer data.
+ Coordinate with business analysts to deliver value-oriented, customer-centric projects in a number of areas, including pricing analytics, customer segmentation, strategic marketing, and data integration and delivery.
+ Engage across the global organization to develop and lead workshops, trainings, and coaching.
**What We Look For**
+ Practical, hands-on experience in the areas of design, implementation, delivery, and support of data platforms and analytics solutions specifically in the area of customer analytics and insights.
+ A strong understanding of digital marketing, business drivers, customer engagement and emerging trends.
+ Fluency with and ability to communicate the ROI of various solution strategies and approaches.
+ Familiarity with customer data privacy and data security in all aspects of program delivery.
+ Understanding of and willingness to cultivate and foster competency and maturity throughout an analytics-focused culture.
+ Track record of success delivering small, medium and/or enterprise scale solutions, and proven ability to prioritize, self-direct, and execute at velocity.
+ Proven background in repeatable implementation and deploy models.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly when engaging with various teams and leadership groups.
+ Possess an appreciation for learning emerging cloud technology and derive satisfaction from problem solving.
**Required Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent.
+ 5+ years leading the design, development and deployment of enterprise scale data platforms and analytics programs.
+ 3+ year project management experience (PMO certification preferred)

**Total Rewards**
The compensation range for this position is $110,000.00 - $165,000.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
