Customer Data Business Product Owner

We are seeking a Customer Data Business Product Owner as we embark on a transformation of our Commercial Infrastructure globally.  This role will be fully accountable for leading timely, on-budget, scalable delivery of business and technology-driven outcomes from kick-off through completed adoption, meeting approved program business outcome targets in collaboration with NI IT, business team(s), and the Solution Integrator.
 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

•Lead the strategic vision and execution for our Customer Data, aligning it with the broader SW transformation and T&M business strategy regularly. •Partner with NI IT and Solution Integration leaders to ensure implementation adherence to customer experience, out-of-the-box, and process efficiency guidelines. •Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Customer Data and continuously evaluate the impact of changing processes and technology on productivity and business performance, adjusting scope + execution as needed to maximize return on investment. •Oversee Customer Data-level budget allocation and manage financial resources, ensuring the project stays on budget and is delivered on time as outlined by the program executive and T&M executive steering team. •Manages and is accountable for the collaboration between SI and NI Business and IT teams on Customer Data and review SI progress against milestones –Recognize, promote and celebrate team, program and individual accomplishments •Collaborate across IT, SI and other technology and functional areas to lead prioritizing Customer Data detailed scope often, ensuring continued alignment to outcomes, and effective user and customer experiences •The Customer Data Business Lead owns business requirement documentation, decisions, communication and clarification to SI and NI IT teams •Review implementation priorities and identify and resolve roadblocks to capability implementation •Work with Program Executive / Steering committee to remove roadblocks, gather support for critical program decisions •Own, review and coordinate on technical or functional dependences across Customer Data consumers with IT and SI •Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with Customer Data platform implementation, including technical, operational, and compliance risks. •Act as the main point of contact for business stakeholders, Customer Data & Commercial Infrastructure leaders, IT, and executive management, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project. •Present plans to leadership frequently, and align on Customer Data team priorities, flagging key risks and concerns in capability delivery. –Agree on Customer Data recommendations, risk updates, or requests for transformation leadership •Lead comprehensive change management efforts to ensure adoption across the enterprise, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement aligned with overall program change plans.

Lead efforts to ensure high adoption rates among users, gathering feedback and making iterative improvements post-launch.
