Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesカスタマーコンタクトの役割は、社外顧客と社内の生産計画・発注計画との間で、オーダーの正確な取り込みと生産から供給までの調整を行うことです。
カスタマーコンタクトマネージャーの主な役割詳細は、下記の通りです。
• 顧客からの確定注文・中長期の内示を確実に基幹システムに取り込み、生産計画や部品発注計画の後工程につなげる。
• 内示の振れ分析を実施して、その内容によって顧客との調整を行う。また、事前に増減を予測して生産計画・発注計画に織り込む計画と進捗管理を実施する。
• 販売計画の作成とマスタースケジューリング計画(PDP)の確認と監督を実施する。
• 日々の顧客への定時配送フォローを実施し、パフォーマンスを監視する。定時配送できなかった場合に必要な改善策を実施する。
• 新規製品の立ち上げ・製品の切り替えについての工場の窓口となり納入に間に合わせるための社内調整を行う。
• 打切り製品のタイミングの情報を入手し、適正在庫を維持に向けた打切り管理実施と監督を行う。
• 顧客との定例生産情報説明会への参加による情報収集及び社内への展開を実施する。
• チームメンバーの適切な人員配置、トレーニング、育成を確実に行う。
• 部門予算の遵守を確認する。
. The role of the customer contact is to accurately orders and coordinate production and supply between external customers and the company's internal production and ordering plans.
The main missions of the role are to:
Customer contact manager is in charge of delivery for Japan division.
The Delivery Control functions are as follows.
• Ensure that firm orders and mid- to long-term forecasts from customers are imported into the core system and used for poduction and parts ordering planning.
•Fluctuation analysis of forecasts and make adjustments with customers based on the results. Implement plans and progress management to predict increases and decreases in advance and incorporate them into production and ordering plans.
• Create sales plans and review and supervise Master Scheduling Plans (PDPs).
• Follow up on daily deliveries to customers and monitor performance. Implement necessary remedial measures in the event of failure to make on-time deliveries.
• Serve as the factory's liaison for new product launches and product changeovers, and make internal adjustments to meet delivery deadlines.
• Obtain information on the timing of discontinued products, and implement and supervise discontinued product management to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
・Ensure adequate staffing, training, and development of team members.
・Ensure adherence to department budget.
