Customer Contact Ctr – Fulfillment Analyst I

Overview:

The LexisNexis Risk Solutions – Claims Record Unit (Internet Research) provides streamline processes in retrieving accident and incident reports from various Law Enforcement Agencies in support of LN Police Records product customers. Our commitment is to provide Insurance customers an easier, faster, accurate and cost-effective way of getting needed accident/incident reports used to validate consumer claims.

Responsibilities:

A CRU Customer Contact Ctr – Fulfillment Analyst I ensures fulfillment of all police records orders from different customer platforms, researches various Law Enforcement Agencies’ websites for accident and/or incident reports, and performs data acquisition and validation following strict business rules.

Performs routine and recurring assignments such as compiling, and reviewing recordsDemonstrates attention to detail and a heightened sense of urgency in obtaining these recordsPublic acquisition of records from one or more sourcesMaintain, update and terminate orders through Order MaintenanceMaintain and update both internal and client databasesProcess and/or procure police reports online as part of order fulfillmentVerify order information using internet tools such as maps and other lookup toolsPerform outbound calls to Police Agencies to update order status, data validation and gathering

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree holder or Completed at least 2 years level in College (no back subjects/incomplete units)​Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and workflow management skillsResearch background with high attention to detailsExperience in performing outbound calls with excellent probing techniques preferred but not requiredExcellent multitasking skillsProficient in keyboard and MS Tools, specifically Excel, Word etc.Willing to work on shifting schedules including weekendsEnergetic, enthusiastic, motivated and driven individuals
