Does your profile look like this? Experience: Strong background in sales/customer support or IT-related 1st level support. Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English is required. Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Industry Experience: Experience in a technical field within an industrial environment  Communication Skills: Clear, empathetic communication and effective problem-solving abilities. Experience with Siemens product families SIMATIC, SINAMICS, or SINUMERIK is an advantage. Team Spirit: Sociable, responsible, cooperative, and customer-focused.
