Job Description

Place and check orders following systemized approval and procedures

Manage and track order requests to internal & external vendors

Well maintain order requests in systems and follow up with internal/external vendors to fulfill on-time delivery

Communicate production progress with business partners in order to achieve commitment to customers

Support business units to fulfill revenue target, timely delivery and assigned managing targets

Provide order related analysis and operational suggestions

Advice in import/export logistic operations

Prepare sales contracts.

Prepare documents for biddings.

Provide support to team related to sales process.

Ad-hoc task support.

Job Requirement

College degree or above, majored in business management or equivalent.

More than 2 years experience in sales administration.

Good English in reading and writing.

Good communication skills and team player.

Can work independently and under pressure.

Familiar with SAP, PC literate such as Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint etc.

Knowledge with Microsoft Query, Power BI will be a plus.

工作要求

大专及以上学历,工商管理或相关专业。

2年以上销售支持经验。

良好的英语读写能力。

良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

能独立工作并承受压力。

熟悉SAP,熟练使用Excel, Teams, SharePoint等电脑软件。

熟悉Microsoft Query, Power BI可优先考虑。
