As a Customer Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting AGCO’s dealership network, ensuring efficient spare parts order handling and high customer satisfaction. You will oversee Claims & Returns Management, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, and lead a team of customer care representatives, fostering a high-performance environment.
Your Impact
As a Customer Care Supervisor at AGCO Parts, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dealership with spare parts order handling. You will ensure that dealers receive the right parts, within the desired deadlines, and under appropriate conditions. Your role will have a direct impact on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by overseeing Claims & Returns Management and resolving any discrepancies reported by dealers.
By collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Procurement, and Planning, you will work to minimize errors and optimize processes. You will act as a representative of our dealers and end customers, providing valuable insights and solutions to meet their needs effectively.
You will lead a team of dedicated customer care representatives, fostering a productive and motivating environment. Through your leadership, you will ensure that your team is well-trained and equipped with the necessary tools and processes to perform at their best. Your ability to prioritize and manage day-to-day operations will have a significant impact on AGCO’s overall customer care excellence.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Engineerings or related fields; Proven experience in managing customer service teams; Advanced English is mandatory. Spanish proficiency is a plus; Knowledge of CRM/Salesforce and SAP. Familiarity with JDE is a plus; Experience with people management.
