Customer Care Representative - Service and Repair

You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. **A Day in the Life** As a Service & Repair Customer Care Representative you will be the primary customer contact for the Service & Repair team across the entire Medtronic product ranges. A customer care position is an excellent career choice if you enjoy problem solving, assisting people, and having a direct influence on your company's bottom line. You will be located in Warsaw, Poland and work in a hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 as home office). **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** + Providing administrative/clerical support to colleagues and external customers, answering and processing service requests and service-related questions + Daily communication via phone and emails. External communication with customers and vendors. Internal communication with Service Engineers, workshop teams and other internal teams + System administration of service requests in ServiceNow, SAP and Salesforce + Daily follow-up of open service orders and queries + Invoicing & Dispute management + Creation of repair, maintenance and parts sales price quotations including follow-up + Demonstrating 100% compliance with Quality procedures and training and completing 100% of closed loop process for Service & Repair **Required Knowledge and Experience:** + Native in Polish (both spoken and written), very good command of English (B2) + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Good command of MS Office + Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor + Team player mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, cope with deadlines, manage simultaneously several tasks and maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude + 3+ years of relevant experience and the ability to work independently Experience in a similar environment, along with proficiency in SAP, ServiceNow, or Salesforce, would be advantageous.
