Description: - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and provide solutions to issues. - Assist customers with opening and maintaining accounts, and process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. - fulfill banking products, such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, and loans. - Customer referrals: Identify client needs and refer them to other bank personnel for specific issues or services. - Customer records: Maintain customer records and update customer information.
