As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:
Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.
Handles standardized products with pre-defined options.
Contributes to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set.
Handles targeted clients
Discusses sales approach with manager.
Leads a department of medium-large personnel costs.
Handles Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree completed or studying from an accredited university or college
Being able to work on Campinas office twice a week
Being able to speak Fluent English (written and spoken)
