Your Purpose:
We’re now looking to recruit a Customer Business Manager to join our brilliant Grocery Team based Mobile, UK.


The Customer Business Manager (CBM) fosters enduring business relationships and drives profitable sales volume for MCBC, aligning with the customer, channel, and MCBC's brand strategies. This role requires a proactive mindset to unlock new opportunities, a passion for e-commerce, and expertise in collaborating with grocery customers on portal systems, analyzing data, and working cross-functionally across different areas of the business. 
The CBM is fully accountable for achieving commercial targets for individual customers.

 

Key Responsibilities 

Responsible for proactively managing, monitoring, evaluating and updating the overall business plan to meet all volume, profit and share objectives Responsible for unlocking new commercial opportunities within the customer / channel and implementing the total MFST contact strategy Responsible for achieving Chanel and brand objectives in-line with the strategy Responsible for MCBC presence by leading brilliant execution across the extended team (MFST)

Proven history of delivering against the Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan – against measures of Account Contribution (EBIT), Volume, Brand distribution & share, Net Sales Revenue, and Team Engagement Proven track record working in a team to support the building of complex customer relationships and lead broad MFST team, internally and externally helping deliver against a Joint Business Plan agenda Experience of planning and leading national negotiations Demonstrated ability to own and be accountable for the management of the internal cycle, hazards/opportunities, volume and commercial forecasting and the internal voice of the customer
