About the job: The Customer Administrative Specialist serves in a supporting role for Markets at the state and local/Federal levels. You'll Be Responsible For: + Making outbound sales contact (including cold calling) and pursuing sales leads to develop a portfolio of buying customers. + Accepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records, and completing required documentation. + Identifying and qualifying prospective customers as well as recording sales prospecting activity in salesforce. + Represent an assigned product line that may overlap other sales teams' territories, if applicable. + Working with territory/account, product/services, or sales processes with limited complexity. + Informing customers of new product/service introductions and prices. + Maintaining communication with the Sales Director and Team Lead. + Maintaining a proficient understanding of Accurint and the ability to demonstrate platform and discuss pricing plans.
