Summary:

The Customer Account Advisor assists the Accounts Department in lease agreement renewal

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Acquisition and Maintenance of CustomersProtect Company assetsDirect immediate contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) both in the field and on the phoneAct as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal paymentsAssist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goalsDocument all customer appointments in the store computer systemMaintain updated customer informationAssist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as directedPerform responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager when directedSafely operate company vehicleLoad, secure and protect product in company vehicleClean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returnedComplete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets dailyAssist the Sales Team as needed

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Required Skills and Competencies:

Position routinely requires lifting, loading and “dollying” merchandise 50-300 poundsGood communication and interpersonal relationship skillsStrong telephone etiquette Good organizational skillsProfessional groomed appearanceGood driving skillsAbility to work schedule of budgeted hours varying from 8am to 9pmSatisfactory MVR, D.O.T physical/certification in states that require it, drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing, a valid Driver’s License and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy
