Customer Account Specialist - Dayton, NJ (South Brunswick, NJ)
Summary:
A Customer Account Specialist is the voice of the Customer within IFF and manages the sales order process through shipment and delivery for assigned customers and affiliates.
Key Responsibilities:
15% - Enter customer orders into SAP, acknowledge and confirm orders back to customer.
25% - Manage all aspects of assigned accounts, clearly communicating with the customer, Sales, and other internal teams.
30% - Track order fulfillment progress, run open order report daily and proactively communicate exceptions to customer and management.
15% - Log customer complaints via QM system, process Credits, Debits and RA’s in Dispute Module in a timely manner.
5% - Maintain all customer related master data.
5% - Provide coverage for co-workers who are out of office.
5% - Prepare forecasts, safety stock and inventory information as needed.

Minimum:
Previous Customer Service experience. Previous manufacturing operations experience. Strong verbal and written communication, solid problem solving & decision-making skills.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree and a strong working knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
