A reasonable estimate of the current range is $41,000 - $68,000 + bonus + benefits.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.  At Pactiv Evergreen, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

Position Overview: As a Customer Account Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s profit and service objectives. This position involves ensuring the accurate and timely handling of customer orders, inquiries, and concerns, while working cross-functionally to maintain strong customer relationships and service excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with company policies.Review orders for lead-time, product availability, and adherence to order policies.Act as a liaison between the customer and other functional teams when there are discrepancies or issues with product requirements or capabilities.Represent the voice of the customer daily for the Sales and Marketing team.Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to enhance service levels and provide Pactiv Evergreen with a competitive edge in the marketplace.Gather and report data on key account relationships, offering insights on customer satisfaction and evolving requirements to the Sales and Marketing teams. Qualifications

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree preferred or High School diploma and significant customer service experience.SAP experience a plus.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Detail-oriented with the ability to review and ensure compliance with order policies.Ability to collaborate with various internal departments to resolve customer needs.A customer-centric approach, focused on delivering excellent service and satisfaction.
