Additionally, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, we offer full-time employees a variety of benefits including: + Medical, dental and vision insurance + 401(K) with exceptional company match + Generous paid time off (PTO), plus 11 holidays per calendar year + Free life and short-term disability insurance + Wellness, employee discount and rewards programs + Tuition reimbursement **Essential Duties and Tasks** + Cleaning of all bathrooms (break room, production and office bathrooms). + Cleaning of all offices including dusting and emptying garbage and vacuuming. + Disposal of trash from all offices, break room, conference rooms. + Cleaning of the breakroom (tables, chairs, floor, sink and coffee area). + Mopping of the lobby floors as well as the floors leading into the controlled environment room. + Refrigerator cleaning at the end of each week. + Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and spare parts for cleaning equipment. + Maintain recycling program in manufacturing and warehouse. + Perform special projects and assist with setup for events. + Completes general cleaning list weekly. **Key Competencies** + Ethical Conduct + Problem Solving/Analysis + Communication Proficiency + Time Management + Organization **Work Environment** Work primarily in a climate controlled indoor environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Safety shoes and vision protection required on the production floor at all times. This role operates in a professional environment that requires some exposure to a manufacturing environment. Employee is rarely exposed to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels and hot/humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing area during extremely hot summer months. **Physical Demands** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
