Cust Exp Professional will be responsible to\nmanage the BMS (including EP) Open Orderbook across all Sales Organizations and\nchannels.
Key responsibilities:
Product Family level ownership of the BMS Orderbook. Responsible for pro-actively identifying issues in fulfilling\n the Open Orderbook.Negotiate with key internal Supply Planners to ensure correct material\n stock levels and allocation can be done.Assess supply shortages and provide relevant solutions to\n overcome future supply constraints.Own the stock allocation for strategic customers and\n communicate with key stakeholders in case of product shortages
Liaise with internal departments and resolve any Customer\n requests and inquiries in a timely manner.Support other Customer Care roles if required/requested; Support continuous improvement projects to increase Customer satisfaction and productivityLead regular meetings with suppliers on item flows (Past Due review, escalations, exceptional demand, order outlook, etc) and determine actions to correctively solve any issues. Partner with appropriate team members to execute the recommendations.Ownership of Gross Past Due in assigned\nDistribution Centre(s). Actively drive reduction solutions within and between\nfunctions
Key requirements:
Fluent in English, any additional language would be beneficial, specifically fluent in German, French or Spanish would be preferredHigh school diploma, general education degree or equivalentKnowledge of Customer Service and Supply Chain principles and practices Demonstrated Analytical and (Distribution) Planning skillsThink Ahead, Be Pro Active and Take Ownership, Problem Solving, Managing Pressure Effectively, Customer focused, Attention to detail and accuracy, Team minded, Self motivatedExperience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office\nknowledge, strong with Excel, Six Sigma Green Belt is advantageousWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
