Job DescriptionWe offer a rigorous 6-month Internship programme designed to enhance your culinary skills and professional development. Positions are available within our Kitchen department.
As a Culinary Arts Intern, you will be expected to:
Demonstrate unwavering commitment to culinary excellence and continuous learning.Proactively embrace new ideas and methodologies in the culinary field.Display initiative by assuming additional responsibilities beyond your core duties.Serve as an exemplary role model for your peers and junior staff members.Actively participate in knowledge transfer, sharing insights and techniques with colleagues.Establish and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organisation.Allocate time and energy efficiently to maximise your impact on both the Hotel and your personal development.Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.Contribute to the maintenance of the highest standards of food quality and presentation.Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.This internship demands a high level of dedication and professionalism.
